23-year-old professional relocating to London

Hey! My name is Darragh, I’m 23 and currently working in enterprise software sales (sounds boring I know). Making the big move to London from Dublin in August as I’m transferring to my current employer’s Shoreditch location. I’ll be in the office twice a week, and WFH the other three days.

I’m looking for a place to call home with a max budget of ~£1200 pcm (really important that it’s queer-friendly). I’m flexible with both move-in date and location, but somewhere in SW London available from late-August or early Sept onwards is currently preferred. Alternatively, I’m fairly open to anything zones 1-3 with decent transport links.

I consider myself to be very sociable and a big extrovert, so I’m super easy to get along with. And as any good housemate should be, I’m clean and tidy and treat my space (including shared spaces 🧎🏻) immaculately. Also very conscious of personal space and appreciate quiet time as much as I do socialising.

I travel quite a bit both personally and for work and have a lot of friends living in London already, so will likely spend a lot of time out of the house. I’ll also be back and forth to Dublin frequently.
