Student athlete searching for a EN-SUITE room

Hi! I’m a university student aspiring to build a career in project management. Outside of my studies, I’m really into sports – I play American football and am now using that experience to train seriously in boxing, with the goal of going pro.

I receive £14.5k in Student Finance and currently earn £1,300 per month, though this will reduce slightly to around £1,000 per month once term starts. I’m financially stable and always pay my rent on time.

I’m friendly, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a good chat but also value personal space and a calm environment when needed.

Looking for a comfortable en-suite rooms only with easy-going housemates who are clean and considerate.
