33 yr old creative professional

Hi! I'm Grace (she/her).

I’m a 33-year-old northerner working full-time in Social Media & Marketing for a university students’ union, while also starting my own ceramics business. I’m looking for a double room to rent in London for around £800/month or less, ideally from September 2026.

A bit about me:

- I’m tidy, relaxed, and not looking for a party house.
- I enjoy a balance of being social (cooking meals, watching films with housemates) and also doing my own thing.
- I’m creative – I’ve been in bands, worked in theatre, and now focus on ceramics (bonus: I can make the house custom mugs or plates!).
- In my free time, I love nature walks, cinema trips, museums, galleries, and discovering family-run restaurants. I’ve also been known to enjoy a bit of D&D and video games!
- I'm vegetarian but happy to live with anyone with different dietary requirements.

I’ll be moving in with my 5-year-old rescue cat, Doris. She’s an affectionate indoor cat who loves to cuddle and sit on laps. I’m happy to discuss an extra deposit if needed for her.

Practical bits:

- Looking for a double room in a relaxed, respectful house or on my own.
- Preferably somewhere that allows pets.
- Parking or permit parking nearby would be a huge bonus, as I drive and can help with the weekly shop.
