Setting some new roots

Hey, I am looking for a new space for a long term let.

* Room: A large , naturally lit with enough space for a double bed, yoga mat and a 1.5 x 1m desk and chair to work from home.
* Household: no more than 2 housemates (not fussed on gender), a garden & a clean bathroom.
* Kitchen: a cupboard and a couple of fridge shelves and one freezer draw/shelf.

I was in a let for 5 years then had a sudden landlord change October 25 which meant a forced exit (boo). Just want somewhere that I can woosahhhh for a while.
