Description
Hey everyone!
Important things first: I have a budget of ~£700-£800 pcm with bills included, reach out if you think you have a suitable room that’s below, within or a little over this range but the room really is special.
I want to move in by 10th September, I need to move in by 14th September.
I want either a double or single room - double preferred. I need to cycle to central london (city of London) within half an hour to 45 minutes or have a bus route within an hours travel. Preferably north of the river but south is okay too.
I’m an architect from Mumbai (India) and I’m graduating from UCL’s urban design and city planning this September (woohoo!) I live with 2 mates next to Shoreditch park but I’m looking for a new place since they’re all musicians looking to move in together.
I’ve lived away from home for over 10 years since I was around 18 and I’m an easy tenant and flatmate. I like cats, but I’m allergic to them. If you have one I will love it though. I’m usually super busy but try to keep either Saturday or Sunday for a break. If I have something nice from all the events I attend or participate in I leave them on the kitchen counter to share with friends. Yea I think that covers most things.
I’d like to see the house once and meet the current flatmates to see if we gel well. Let me know if this sounds like it could work for you. Good luck out there and hello future flatmates lol
