Engineering Degree apprentice looking for a room

Hi,
I'm a 19 YO engineering degree apprentice, (20 by the time I'll move out) and I'm looking for a room that would be big enough to fit my desk or already have a desk and my pc since I have to study and sometimes WFH. I'm moving so I can cut down travel and living costs and be able to put that money more on what I want. (750 is my max budget, I'm more comfortable in the 650-700 range but still happy with higher)

-I like going out with friends on the weekends or after work.
-I do like to keep to myself, but I also like having nice long conversations and spending time socializing, I just run out of energy on the evenings.
-I also have a LDR with my gf so every 2 weeks I will either visit her, or she will visit me on the weekend (hope that's fine).
-I'm happy living with anyone that is 18-30.
-I'm LGBTQ+ friendly.
-I have a bunch of indoor hobbies, so most often than not I will be inside so I'm always happy to hangout and be a friend.

My move out date is quite a long time away; I do just want to have plenty of time to plan and maybe find other people to move in with, so send me a message if you're interested to look together!
