Looking For A Room !

Hey! I am looking for a place to rent some time soon. I do not have any pressure for the move in date or time. I'm simply moving out of my current place because the tax council is high and its an old property with a lot of faulty boiler pipes I would ideally want a room that's closer to the subway for commute. I am looking to share the place with a friendly, kind and tidy roommate, who loves catching-up every once a while :)
