Furnished studio/house-share wanted

Hi there :)

I'm Leon (26, from Germany) and I'll be working as a German Language Assistant at a local secondary school in Little Chalfont from October 2025 to May 2026. I'm looking for:
- a furnished studio / 1-bed flat, or
- a sociable house-share or live-in landlord setup, ideally with people around my age

My key needs:
- Budget: up to £700 pcm (bills & Wi-Fi included)
- Move-in-date: late September
- Location: Little Chalfont ideal - but also open to Amersham, Chorleywood, Chesham or nearby, as long as there's good public transport to HP7 9QB
- furnished accomodation

A bit about me:
- I've just finished my studies in Germany and will be working at a school via the British Council
- I'm tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with
- I love being around people and I'm always up for something - from a games night to a good party or spontaneous (day) trips, but sometimes enjoy a walk in nature on my own
- I don't smoke, don't have pets but love them
