I am a reliable, organised, and extroverted professional female, aged 40, looking for a single or double room to rent. I am available to move from 1st November 2025 and have a budget of up to £700 per calendar month. I am happy to share with either males or females of any age.

I need to move because the person I currently live with is buying a new house, so I’m looking for a new place to call home.

I enjoy socialising with housemates and building friendly relationships, but I also respect personal privacy and value quiet time. I am respectful, tidy, and considerate, and I take great care to maintain a clean and harmonious living environment.

I work and study English, so I am responsible and punctual. I am easy-going and respectful of house rules.
