Seeking a new flatmate to share a friendly home!

Hi, I'm a friendly and easy-going professional looking for a double room in a flat with one other person.

Worth mentioning up front: I work from home three days a week, so I'll be around during the day a fair bit. I'm quiet when I'm working and I keep to my own room, but if you're also home in the day even better, we can keep each other company and accountable :)

Outside of work I'm fairly active. Hiking, the gym, squash and pilates take up a lot of my free time. Some weekends I'm out and about, others I'm quite happy staying in with a film or pottering around the flat.

What I'm hoping to find is a relaxed, friendly household where we chat and hang out sometimes, maybe share a meal now and again, but where we both still get our own space. In return you'd get a flatmate who keeps things clean, is considerate about noise and shared areas, and always pays rent on time.
