Hey, I'm Shaz, a 24 year old moving to Birmingham to start my job as a doctor. I am looking to move into Jewellery Quarter as to remain decently close to my work in Smethwick.
My ideal flat would be a furnished bright and spacious living space with an open plan kitchen. If I'm being idilic, an ensuite would be great, but not a deal breaker! The price of £850 would be with bills included, but if not included then £700.
The perfect flatmate would be someone easygoing and enjoys exploring the city like me, but also considerate of the fact I will occasionally be working nights!
