Bournemouth Area Property Rental All inclusive

Greetings,

I’m looking for somewhere to live on a more permanent basis.

Ideally, I’m looking for a single room with an en-suite & kitchenette on an all-inclusive basis.

My preference would be a self-contained HMO-style property rather than a traditional house share, if possible
Needs to have both an en-suite and kitchenette .
I’m currently working with BCP Council to secure a property.
They are prepared to pay 1 months rent as a deposit, & 1 months rent in advance and to provide the landlord on completion of the tenancy agreement as an incentive a golden hand shake one off bonus payment of £1200 all of which will be paid directly into the landlords account.
Please let me know if you’re interested and we can get the ball rolling.
The ideal location would be close to the town centre and the beach, as I no longer drive and rely on walking and public transport.

I’m a quiet, clean, respectful, and tidy person who values a peaceful home. I’m looking for a place where I can settle long-term.
