Creative Professional Seeking Room (26,M)

Hi, I'm a considerate and easy-going creative professional (26, m) looking to contribute to a friendly and mature household. I work as an artist, actor/model and part-time in the wine-industry.

Having spent the last ten years co-living around Europe, Australia and Asia, I am very comfortable living with people of diverse cultural backgrounds and sexual-orientations. I am a very open person, quick to laugh, tidy, empathetic, solutions-focused and definitely left in my politics. I studied philosophy at uni and am always learning more about history, the arts and the sciences in general. Also a big-time foodie and health/fitness enthusiast!

When it comes to co-living, I want to share space with people who are emotionally mature, responsible and self-aware. Clear and sincere communication matters a lot to me and I try my best to embody these values.

Having worked as an ecological cleaner as a teenager, I’ve become pretty meticulous with house-keeping and I definitely don’t mind getting my hands dirty. I am very mindful of shared spaces and do my best to bring initiative and courtesy to all areas of co-living.

I have a stable income, savings buffer and landlord references. I usually work afternoons and evenings 4-5 days a week, and on weekends I am often performing or out enjoying live music. I usually spend my mornings working on personal projects—so I prefer to keep things pretty steady and focused throughout the week.
