Hi! I’m Ai — originally from Japan and currently living in Montreal, Canada. I’m moving to the UK on the Youth Mobility Scheme visa and looking for a warm, female-only flatshare starting late August to early September. I don’t have a set city in mind yet, so I’m open to different areas — as long as the place feels like home and has good transport links!

I’m tidy, easygoing, and friendly. I don’t smoke, but I’m okay if others smoke outside or on the balcony. I’d love to live with housemates who are kind and respectful, but I don’t need a super quiet home — I enjoy a bit of everyday energy around me!

A little about me:

I love all things vintage — from Elvis Presley and Queen to Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and golden-age Hollywood. I enjoy thrifting clothes, exploring cute cafés and restaurants, and listening to jazz and soul (think Etta James, Frank Sinatra, Edith Piaf). I’m also a big fan of anime and cozy nights with British detective dramas — especially Poirot (David Suchet version is my personal favorite).

I enjoy chatting about love, life, and everything in between, and would love to live somewhere where we can share occasional laughs or meaningful conversations — but also respect each other’s space and rhythm.
