Couple looking for a room or small flat

Hi there, me (32) and my partner (31) are looking for a place to stay in Manchester from 22 September 2025 to 31 January 2026 (we can be flexible with our dates). I’m finishing up my masters in environmental science at Manchester University and my boyfriend, Hugh, is normally an ICU doctor who is taking some time off until he starts work again in February 2026. We love cooking, eating at new places, trying local wine and beer, hiking, snorkelling, bird watching and camping. Hugh’s a big climber and I like swimming and trail running so pretty much anything outdoors suits us well! We both like tidy and clean spaces and are happy to be involved in a roster or chip in for a cleaner.
Ideally we’d like a room with an ensuite or even a small secluded flat, but happy to share with one or two more people and share a bathroom if needed. Also we have no furniture so a fully or partially furnished place is preferred!
