I'm Sanket, a professional Aerospace Engineer moving from Manchester and looking for a clean, friendly flatshare in the heart of Liverpool.

The Vibe: I've enjoyed my time in Manchester but I'm looking forward to getting immersed in the Liverpool culture. I'm a responsible and tidy flatmate who respects communal space and downtime.

During the Week: I work a standard professional schedule, often 9-5. I am usually focused on my work and may keep to myself in the evenings.

On Weekends: I'm keen to explore the city—whether that's visiting the museums/galleries, catching a match, or finding a good independent pub. I'm sociable and always up for a chat or a shared meal, but I'm definitely not looking for a party house!

The Flatmate: I'm looking for a flatmates (ideally other professionals) who are also clean, respectful, and who value the flat as a comfortable, shared home rather than just a place to sleep.

What I'm looking for:

Move-in Date: On or around February 22, 2026.

Budget: Up to £600 pcm (Ideally including bills).

Location: Liverpool City Centre (L1, L2, L3) or nearby, well-connected professional areas like the Georgian Quarter (L8), Baltic Triangle (L1), or the Knowledge Quarter (L7/L3).

The Room: Must be a double room, preferably furnished and with good natural light.

Must-Haves: Fast, reliable broadband is essential for work/personal use.
