I’m currently living in Woodhouse but finding it difficult to sleep as the house is quite noisy. I’m looking for a quiet, peaceful place with no noise from the radiator or ventilation. I’m 38 years old, not a student, and would prefer somewhere within walking distance of the University of Leeds, School of English. NO top floor room with sloping ceiling!
