ISO studio/1-bed near Engineering Dept (no shares)

I'm a 22 year old full time Cambridge University MPhil student from the US. I graduated from UC Berkeley where I lived in off-campus apartments for several years.

I am searching for a 1-bedroom flat or a studio up to £1300, though lower is much preferred. The latest I would like to begin my lease is the last week of September, and I am looking to move in ASAP. The earlier the better! Ideally, the flat would be within walking distance to Hughes Hall or the Engineering Department on Trumpington St.

I am neat, quiet, and responsible and would appreciate a relaxing and quiet space with natural light, a private kitchen and bathroom, and a private or shared washing machine. A furnished flat is preferred, but I am happy to lease an unfurnished flat if necessary!
