Looking for a newly built double room(ensuite)

I’m looking for a newly built double ensuite room around Hackney, Stratford, Canary Wharf, North Greenwich, Canada water or Tottenham Hale.

I’m flexible with the move-in date, preferably between mid September and early October.

My budget is max around £1100-1200 month (including bills if possible, but negotiable).

I’m someone who takes real pride in keeping my home clean and tidy🧹

I’m quiet and easygoing. I love cooking and would enjoy occasionally sharing meals or cooking together 🥘
I cook Asian food (mainly Korean and Japanese) quite often, so ideally looking for housemates who are okay with that.

I’m a coffee lover and would be happy to grab a cup at a local cafe if we get along☕

I graduated from university in London and currently work as a barista, while also looking for a full time job in creative industry.

I love dogs (I used to have a dog and do pet-sitting!), so I’m totally fine with pets in the house — just not in my room as I have bit allergy.

I’m a non-smoker, and would prefer flatmates who don’t smoke indoors. (especially as I’d like a room that doesn’t smell of smoke).
