Hi! I’m a mid-20s creative working in the design industry as a freelancer. I’m on consistent retainers so income is stable, and I tend to do most of my work from cute cafés or coworking spaces rather than fully from home.

I’m looking for a place in East or Central London with a relaxed, friendly vibe. Ideally somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a house share. Outdoor space would be a dream for the summer months, but not essential.

I love canal and park walks, discovering new cafés (for a yap or a laptop session), gallery hopping, art events, yoga and general wellness. I’m sociable and always up for a kitchen chat or the occasional household pub trip, but I also really value everyone having their own space.
