Part week wanted

I'm a youthful 61, looking for a room for up to 3 nights per week. The nights may change but mainly between Sunday to Thursday. I have my own home and therefore not looking to spend a lot and I dont need a lot of amenities. I would want to keep toiletries and clothes in the room so that I can stay if I'm working late or plans change as I'm fed up with living out of a suitcase! Happy to wash my own bedding and clean up as I go. I do liek to cook an evening meal rather than take aways so access to a hob/oven is preferred.
