I’m a 27-year-old female freelance music producer and sound designer looking for a sublet or short term double room in London from the 6th of September to the 6th of December. My budget is up to £1200pcm, and I’m open to sharing with friendly people of any age or gender. I have a landlord’s reference and paid my rent on time for 2 years in my studio flat.
I would need a desk so I can work from home on projects. If not, I would need enough space so I can buy one for my setup.
I’m tidy, clean, easy-going and respectful. I’d love to find a welcoming place to call home for a few months :)
