To keep a leg in the old home area to stand on

We are two German business men (independent of each other, but friendly connected over years). I had a flat in Hengeod over 6 years and always still a running business in Wales. For me it is important to have a address and a bed in my old home area, simply and cheap. And for some legal affairs I need separate utility bills and a post box which is emptied continuously. Both we can provide best references of our former landlord. If you are basically interested we should have a telefon or zoom talk to discuss details.
Add: We don´t plan to live there together. When we live there, only one person will use the room at the same time.
