Hi, I’m looking for a room or flat ideally within a 15-minute walk of MMU. I’m also open to areas within a 15–20 minute bus or tram ride, as long as there are good transport links and the rent is lower. My budget is up to £550 per month, bills included. Ideally, I’d like to move in at the end of September or on the 1st of October, with the tenancy ending around mid to late June, however this can be discussed.
