Hello, my name is Wuyi. I am graduating from the University of Glasgow this September and will soon be starting work in the city. I hold valid permission to live and work in the UK, and I have sufficient savings to cover at least one year of rent.

I am looking for a furnished double room in a well-maintained flat or house, ideally with good natural light and located close to the city centre or in Southside residential areas with easy access to public transport. A quiet but friendly household would be perfect.

I would like to live with tidy, considerate, and respectful flatmates, students or professionals are both fine. I value open and friendly communication and appreciate a shared commitment to keeping communal spaces clean and comfortable.

Flatmates can expect me to be tidy, reliable with bills and rent, and respectful of personal space. I am easy-going in day-to-day living, but also happy to share an occasional chat or meal.
