Short-term rental wanted - around 1 month

I am looking for a room to stay in for approximately a month in or in proximity to Edinburgh - until the beginning of the academic year.

Here is some information about myself - I am a 19 year old male undergraduate student at the University of Edinburgh, studying Economics. My interests include reading, travelling and music. I am reasonably organized and tidy, do not smoke, do not have pets, and I will be living in the room alone. I typically do not stay up too late at night, and I am not the type of person to host parties. I am also willing to help with any household tasks, should the need arise. Unfortunately, I do not have any references as this would be my first time renting.

As I am looking for temporary accommodation, I am not too concerned about the exact location of the room. I am also happy to share a flat with people of any background and occupation. One thing that would be great to see for me among flatmates/landlords is clear communication.
