Looking for a place to live

I have just moved back to Sheffield and am looking to get my own place, either in city centre, darnall, or handsworth, or kimberworth.

I can cover the first 6 months rent upto 650pcm.

I'm not currently working but DSS will pay upto 575pcm.

Looking for a self contained property or to share with lgbt/lgbt friendly people, preferably of a similar age.

I am very nerdy, developing computer games, writing, reading, sci-fi etc. I also like music (all types) and going to watch live rock music.

I am pretty handy, when it comes to odd jobs and enjoy gardening.

I like doing weights and walking but otherwise not a big fan of exercise.

I also like cooking and will be happy to batch cook and refrigerate/freeze whatever you want and also make group meals.

I follow news and politics and am somewhere to the left of Tony Benn.

I don't have any pets but I love animals so any are welcome. I don't smoke, but I used to and I vape. I don't mind smoking.
