Gay, 25 looking for a 1-2 month room starting Oct!

Hi! My name is August and I’ll be moving to London from the US at the start of October! I grew up in NYC, but spent the last 7 years living in Chicago where I worked in client account management at an advertising agency. However, I like to define myself more so by my out-of-work life than what I do for a living. I’m very social, love to go out dancing, love reading (books and especially comics), love cooking, I’m a fiction writer, and I do drag! I'm gay and genderqueer, and would love to live with other queer people or at least people who have no problem with my sexual and gender identity.

I don’t yet have a job set up in London and am hoping to sublet a room for a month or two while I get employed so I know what my commute and budget will look like before committing to a long-term lease. That being said, I’ve been saving for this move for a long time and have plenty of funds to pay rent, etc. for a few months while unemployed and looking for a job. My ideal move-in date would be October 7th or 8th (I’m still finalizing my flights).

I like to keep my living space very neat and clean, and am hoping to find flatmates that do as well.
