Friendly 23 year old urgently looking for a room

Hi there! I’m a 23 year old male urgently looking for a room in either a share house or as a lodger within close proximity to the city centre (Headington, Cowley, Iffley, Littlemore etc all ok).

My mother has had a lodger in our home since I was 4 and I spent my time at Oxford Brookes University also sharing with others so I’m used to living and cooperating in shared spaces.

I currently work in a kitchen and can work at unsociable hours (any time between 6am-midnight) however I always try my best to be respectful when coming/leaving during these hours.

Outside of work, I love cooking, baking, watching the football, playing video games and socialising with my friends. At home, I’m happy to socialise with the others in the house or keep myself to myself, whatever the vibe of the house is really!

The room must have space for a desk and chair and although I'd prefer a double, a single would be ok too. The only furnishings I need are a bed and wardrobe, I can source other pieces! I’m also fine with pets.

I’m looking for a room from next week (27th October) with my budget at £650, including bills.
