Looking to share a flat/ house

I am looking to share a flat or house, and I am open to look for flatmates who would like to rent a flat or house together. I would like a furnished space, preferably with a patio or balcony and an ensuite. I have no preference for who I would like to live with, but someone tidy and clean in the bathroom and kitchen, and quiet(ish) during weekdays. I am friendly and chatty and I like sharing. I will be writing up, mostly at home but also at uni. I have osteoarthritis and cannot reach high places or carry heavy things. While I am a smoker, I never smoke indoors.
