A room for Peter.

I am a professional male aged 27. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from any date if no deposit is required, although late November/early December might be more realistic if a deposit is required (as I will most likely need to pay the first month's rent at the start as well). I have a rough budget of around £500-£700 pcm, although I can be flexible with this, depending on factors such as if bills are included, or what the total cost would be if bills are not included. I would like to share with males or females of any age.
