Hi, I'm Owen, a 24-year-old looking for a quiet and friendly house share.

I'm hoping to move closer to my family after living in Beckenham. Although moving there was the right decision at the time, I've found it difficult being away from my support network, so I'm now looking to relocate. I'm mainly looking in **Bedfont, Feltham, or Hanworth**, as these areas would allow me to be much closer to my family.

I'm a quiet, respectful, and tidy person who enjoys keeping to myself. In my spare time I enjoy gaming, going for walks, watching YouTube, and creating videos. I'm easy to live with, don't smoke, and I'm always considerate of other people's space and routines.

My maximum budget is **£575 per month**. I'm currently receiving Universal Credit, including the LCWRA element, as I'm not fit to work at the moment. I have a stable income, and the housing element of my Universal Credit can be arranged to be paid on the **1st of every month**, helping to ensure rent is paid reliably and on time.

I'm also able to contribute towards a deposit if one is required. While my budget is limited, I'm happy to discuss any deposit requirements and will do my best to make suitable arrangements.
