Looking for 2-Bedroom Home Whole Property Preferre

We’re two recent graduate MA students at Wimbledon College, looking for a welcoming home to move into from late January. Ideally, we’d like a 2-bedroom property with one bathroom to share, though we’re also open to buddying up in a larger house. We would prefer female buddy up!

Our budget is up to £1,600pcm (bills included), and we would like to pay by month.
About us: we’re tidy, non-smokers, and not the party type. We enjoy a quiet home life, often cooking or crafting in our spare time, and we’re comfortable living with pets. We also have plenty of experience living in shared flats. We are very responsible, quiet and respectful to any potential flatmates. We both have part-time incomes in addition to financial support from our parents. We take pride in looking after a home as if it were our own, and we can provide references from past landlords or our university right away.
