Looking for two rooms from early August to July

Hi there, Rosy (22) and I ( Lottie 20) are looking for two rooms from Early August to July 2027 ish. We both study architecture at the University of Westminster and will be going into our third year. Since our course has a high work load we do spend a lot of nights in but love going out on walks and the pub if we can. We have just spent a few months living in Balham and absolutely loved the area and would like to stay in south london. We’re looking for a place that comes furnished and isn’t too far from a tube station. We’re both very clean and love cooking fun meals once in a while. We’re both active in our own ways, Rosy loves yoga and going for swims and runs where as I love going to the gym and going on the occasional run. Although we’re looking for a house share, we would love to get some new friends out of it rather than just flatmates!
