Professional seeking modern & spacious flatshare

I’m a 27-year-old professional data scientist in ad-tech, relocating to London in mid-late September or early October (ideal move-in 20–27 Sept, flexible ±1 week). Non-smoker, no pets of my own but happy to live with yours, financially stable, and looking for a place I can treat as a home for the long term.

I work from home 3 days a week (Mon, Thu, Fri) and am in the office the rest, so I’m looking for a quiet, clean and respectful household of fellow professionals or mature students. Preferably a 3/4 bedroom flat, but flexible. Seeking a modern or recently refurbished double room, ideally en-suite, within 50 minutes’ commute to Fitzrovia.

I value a tidy shared space, good communication, and a friendly but not party-heavy atmosphere. I’m happy to socialise occasionally but also enjoy my own downtime. I enjoy going to the gym, cooking (meal prep), exploring new places, and taking walks in the city or parks, as well as relaxing with a good book or film.
