Hi! I’m Ava, a working professional who moved to the UK from New Zealand about 6 months ago. I’ve recently relocated to London from Leeds and am now looking for a comfortable room in a friendly, well-kept flat or house share where I can properly settle in.

I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy cooking, music, reading, staying active, and I’m always up for a chat, a coffee, or the occasional pub trip but I also appreciate personal space and a calm home during the week.

Ideally looking for:
• A furnished double room
• A sociable but considerate household
• Good transport links
• Budget: £850pcm (bills included)
• Move-in: January

I’m currently working in the hotel industry and can provide references if needed. I’m flexible on areas and happy to view in the evenings or weekends.
