We are relocating to Edinburgh from San Francisco and are seeking a clean, quiet, and centrally located 1–2 month rental while we search for long-term accommodation. I will be working remotely for a wine importer/distributor and Owen will be starting his postgraduate degree at the University of Edinburgh.
We’re aiming to move in on August 23rd. Lettings in Marchmont, Bruntsfield, Newington, or near the Meadows would be ideal, but we’re open to other options within reasonable distance from the university. Our budget is £1300–1700/month.
We’re tidy, reliable, and non‑smokers. We’re happy to provide references and proof of income.
