Flatmate Needed - 2 bed 2 bath NQ

Hi! I’m a 23-year-old working professional based in Manchester, my current flatmate is moving back to London :( So looking for someone who may be interested in moving in. Please check my ad.
I work most days in the office and a day or 2 at home. I’m quite a chilled clean up as I go person. I am wanting to decorate the flat a bit more, make it our own as my flatmate actually owns the property and lived here for 9 years so it’s to his taste.
I do enjoy going for walks, a glass of wine, pilates or yoga class and eating out. There’s still so much of Manchester I haven’t explored. It would be nice to be friends but also enjoy our own time. Also I do spend a few days a week at my boyfriends.
