Looking for flat/annex/ whole place to my self.

I’m currently in the process of selling my house—I’ve accepted an offer and things are progressing—and have decided to rent for the time being. I’m looking for a complete, private space such as a flat or annex, as I’m not interested in sharing a house.

I take pride in looking after my home and treating it with care, just like it’s my own. I’ve been a civil servant for nine years and can be counted on to be a dependable and trustworthy tenant.

Ideally, I’m looking for somewhere unfurnished, as I have my own furniture and belongings. I have two very old pugs who are fully toilet trained, extremely quiet, and mostly sleep 18-20 hours a day. They don’t bark and are very well-behaved, so they won’t cause any damage. Because of them, I would prefer a place with some outside space or a ground-floor property.

I’m unsure of my exact moving date as I’m waiting for the house sale to complete with my solicitors, but once it does, I’ll be ready to move quickly. If you have a property that might be suitable and are looking for a reliable, respectful tenant, please get in touch.
