En-suite Room Wanted ✨

I’m looking for a room to rent, ideally in SW London- areas like Fulham, Clapham, Balham, Battersea, Tooting, Wandsworth or anywhere close commute to the city. I’m hoping to move in around late-September/ October, but I’m flexible and can commute if the tenancy starts later. My budget is around £1,100 per month, and I’m looking for a minimum stay of twelve months.

I’ll be starting a job as a nanny, so I’ll working 5 days a week in Chelsea. I drive so parking or on road parking is essential.

A bit about me: I’m 24, from South London. I’m friendly, sociable, and always up for a good time. I enjoy travelling, going to the gym. I love cooking and happy to share my food with future flat mates.

Ideally, I’m looking for a social, fun home — chilled during the week, but open to having friends over, playing music, hosting dinners, games nights, or just hanging out on the weekends. Life is for living! I’d really love to find a place where I can make new friends, not just flatmates.
