Looking for a roomate

I am looking for a room in a 2 bedroom house in Hove for me and my 3 year old rescue dog, Jasper. Ideally Nov 1/15.

Me: I am 28 and am moving back to England after living in Canada for 7 years. I work in University administration and plan to continue to do so when I move to Brighton/Hove. I like being active and social, but also value having a quiet home and I really thrive on routine. I like to do most of my socialising out of the house and come home to unwind. My home is my safe space and I would like to live with someone who also values this.

Jasper: My dog is a 3 year old rescue from Korea, and is a Korean Jindo mix. He is a little shy at first, but once he gets to know you he will be very happy to have pets and the occasional snuggle. He does not like men very much, so a house that has limited male visitors is ideal. We have lived in an apartment for the last year, so a garden is not necessary.

Pet friendly
Roommate who also values structure and routine
Open communication

Wants:
Parking close by would be nice to have
Roommate who would be open to watching the occasional episode of RuPauls Drag Race together
