22 y/o female looking for room in manchester

I’m a 22-year-old final year student at Manchester Metropolitan Uni, looking for either a room in a shared property or someone to buddy up with for a new place. Ideally 4 rooms or less in the flat/house. I’m clean, tidy, organised, and very laid back. I will be out a fair amount during the week as I will be working part-time alongside my degree.
My budget is fairly flexible, dependent on location and how nice the property is. Happy to live with another student or professional as I’m returning from a year out in full time work so would probably class myself as a maturer student.

I’m ideally looking for somewhere clean with reasonable transport links into the city, if the flat is not central. Would love to become friends, not just flatmates, with whoever I move in with, but also respect personal space/boundaries and need my own time too.

If we share a flat, you can expect someone who will always pull their weight with cleaning and will respect any dietary or health preferences you may have. I’m very much an animal person and am not at all opposed to living with pets. Fairly flexible about move in date was thinking around mid/late September but can be earlier or later.

I enjoy going to the gym but am also down for spontaneous activities or learning new hobbies. Love a cosy night in as much as going out for drinks and socialising.
