Hello! We’re a professional couple looking for a cosy and well-kept 1-bedroom flat (ideally with a hall or a little extra space) in central Edinburgh.

A bit about us:

I’ve been working in NHS data management and living in Edinburgh for several years, and my partner, who has just completed a degree in Business Administration, will be joining me here.
We’re tidy, respectful non-smokers with no pets or cars.
Hobbies include cooking, board games, crafts, music, and keeping a few indoor plants — so we’d love a space with good light and a welcoming atmosphere.
Since I work from home, a layout that allows for a bit of separation between living and working space would be a bonus.

Practical details:

Budget: around £1100 per month.
Location: Preferably central rather than on the outskirts.
Move-in: Flexible, from late December 2025 to early January 2026.
Let length: Long-term preferred.
