I'm Jay, I'm a working engineering apprentice, looking for a clean, quiet room in a professional house share.

First time renting, so I don't have a previous landlord reference, but I can provide an employment reference if needed.

I work regular weekday hours and tend to keep a steady routine. I’m generally easygoing and quite independent at home, and I’m looking for a calm, respectful place where people do their own thing and get along day to day.

Ideally looking for a central location so I can go into town easily, and I cycle to work so a decent spot off the street to store my bike is essential.

I enjoy cooking and like to keep things tidy in shared spaces, so a decent kitchen setup would be great. Otherwise I’m just looking for a clean, quiet-ish house with 2–4 housemates.
