Professional looking for a studio

Hello I’m Sacha!

I’m looking for a studio to make my own by October. I am currently living in a flat that I absolutely adore but my flatmate is moving on and I now need to find a place of my own.

I am originally from the isle of wight and have just moved back to brighton after taking a year long break. Originally I had lived in Brighton for 7 years so I have a massive connection to it and cannot bring myself to think about leaving again.

I have a cat who is the sleepiest boy and wouldn’t bother a fly (he actually loves chasing flies but you know what I mean).

We come as a very relaxed pair who just want to nest and have a comfortable home for the next 12 months (and possibly longer!).

I am a professional who works a lot (tattoo artist, front of house at a gym and more) so I wear a lot of different hats and always have a stable income. I do have a UK Guarantor though if that helps at all!

I would just love a clean, comfortable space where I can relax and enjoy the city!
