Friendly male seeking room

A room in a respectable, friendly household.
Polite, friendly housemates who all appreciate that we all live together within the household and respect one and other.
I am not currently after some unfortunate circumstances but am looking to build a life for myself again.
I myself am very respectful of people and friendly to everyone i encounter as i believe we are all human and shouldnt waste energy with hate or petty arguments and what not. I spend hours everyday in the gym (hopefully will see some results soon 😂) and enjoy swimming as well. I dont drink very often and used to smoke but now i vape but never around other people who dont like it.
