Looking for someone to share a home

Hi! My name is Adam, I'm 37yrs old. I work full-time, I enjoy music and cooking vegan food, I like to paddleboard and read. I live and work in Coventry at the moment.

I'm clean, and I already have most house furnishings inc washing machine, sofa, fridge/freezer and that. I'm cool with sharing my stuff like coffee machine etc provided it's respected.

I'm looking to find a place around West Midlands/Warwickshire side. Preferably a house with a garden, decent amount of space and about £700 on rent not inclusive of bills.
Ideally I'd share with someone who can be respectful, clean, and who likes dogs. I have a little fluffy boy who is friendly, and house trained. He comes to work with me.

I also have my 5yr old son with me every fortnight, so I'm looking to have a room for him too.
