35 year old Male wants single or double room

I am a male/ Girl, who likes to CD sometimes as its my sexual nature. I'm aged 35. I am looking for a single or double room/Flat to share, with someone to share the bills company & time with I am available to move from 31/8/2026 and have a budget of £400pcm. I would prefer to share with males, ideally between 40 and 90 years old.
PS i also dont mind a shared accommodate with Gay/bisexual or straight people. I would like a small room/ flat cheap & cheerful with small furniture & small En-suite.
I can only contact people who dont want (References) & the reason for this I've lived with my boyfriend for 10 years so dont have a history of this & im also not a paying member on here.
