This is Wenye from China. I am looking to rent a room starting from 30th Aug and potentially for a year.

I’m a Mandarin teacher working in a secondary school in London. I am very tidy and quiet in my room. I respect people’s privacy. In my free time, I like to go hiking, walking around the parks, going to the art galleries and coffee shops.

I don’t have any pets. I don’t smoke or drink or do any drugs. I live a healthy lifestyle: going to bed definitely before 11 or midnight and getting up before 8 in the morning (Mondays to Fridays) to go to work. I work five days a week in my school, with occasional Saturday mornings working in school as well.


I am well travelled and have rented rooms in a couple of countries before. I have kept good contacts with all my landlords who can all vouch for me.
