27 yo looking for spare room in Southwest area

Hello everyone, my name is Konstantinos, and I am 27 years old.
I am moving to London from Greece this September and looking for a spare room in Southwest areas, near the tube.

I’m a tidy, clean, and respectful person with a good character and a strong sense of empathy. I enjoy being social and value creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in the house with other tenants. At the same time, I understand and respect that everyone has their own schedule and personal routine.

My preferred areas are Clapham North, Clapham Common, Clapham South, and Balham. Being close to the tube is very important to me, as I’ll be commuting to central London three to four days a week.
